MEET ANNA
Hello I’m Anna a soul seeker, sound healer, yoga teacher and list maker. Explorer of sound and consciousness.
Since discovering yoga it has completely changed my life, giving it meaning, purpose and a way of being in the world. To share the practice and its benefits with others brings me such joy.
I'm also a Biofield Tuning practitioner. Biofield Tuning is a ground breaking sound therapy, which helps to raise the voltage of the body's electromagnetic system, giving it more energy to do what it is designed to do - self heal.
Both Yoga & Biofield Tuning work towards the same aim of bringing your energy into a state of flow and balance, allowing the mind/body to return back to its true nature.
Enabling you to live your best & most authentic life.

January Yoga Challenge
Recorded sessions from the January Yoga Challenge 2024. There are x22 30-minute practices (one for each day of the week Monday - Friday in January) but yours to keep and repeat as often as you'd like, all for £55. The sessions also include a gratitude practice.
